Services

Field of Dreams Lawn Care Inc. provides professional lawn care and pest control services in Northeast Ohio, including but not limited to lawn fertilization, weed control, core aeration and overseeding, grub protection, mosquito control, foundation insect control, lime applications, tree and shrub feeding, snow mold prevention, and surface insect control.

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, property size, and seasonal conditions. Specific service terms, pricing, and schedules are agreed upon between the customer and Field of Dreams Lawn Care Inc. prior to service commencement.

Free Estimates

Free estimates provided through our website, phone, or in-person consultations are non-binding and are provided for informational purposes only. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions, lawn size, and services selected.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established at the time of service agreement. We offer a 10% pre-pay discount for customers who pay for their full annual program upfront. Individual service invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Cancellation and Refunds

Customers may cancel their lawn care program at any time by contacting our office at 216-328-0551 or fieldofdreamslc@gmail.com. If you have pre-paid for your annual program, a prorated refund will be provided for any remaining scheduled treatments that have not yet been performed. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of cancellation.

Service Guarantees

Active customers in our lawn care program are entitled to free service calls between scheduled treatments. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your lawn between treatments, contact us and we will send a technician to your property at no additional charge to assess and address the concern.

SMS/Text Message Terms

By opting in to text messages from Field of Dreams Lawn Care Inc., you agree to the following terms:

Transactional Messages: If you opt in, you may receive text messages related to appointment scheduling, service reminders, technician arrival notifications, treatment confirmations, and account updates. These messages are sent to facilitate the lawn care services you have requested.
Marketing Messages: With your separate, explicit consent, you may receive promotional text messages about seasonal offers, discounts, referral programs, and lawn care tips. Marketing messages require a separate opt-in from transactional messages.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your service schedule, account activity, and marketing preferences. Transactional messages are sent as needed based on your service schedule. Marketing messages are limited and sent on a periodic basis.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Field of Dreams Lawn Care Inc. is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request, and no further messages will be sent. Opting out of marketing messages does not automatically opt you out of transactional messages, and vice versa.

Supported Carriers: Text messaging is supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
