Field of Dreams Lawn Care Inc. was founded in 1997 by Allen Oriti with the hopes of re-establishing personal service to the lawn care industry. Nearly three decades later, that founding mission has not changed.
What started as a one-man operation in Independence, Ohio has grown into a full-service lawn care and pest control company serving 27 communities across Northeast Ohio. But growth has never come at the expense of the personal touch that makes Field of Dreams different. Every customer receives a customized treatment plan tailored to their soil type, grass variety, and specific lawn challenges — because no two lawns are the same.
We are a lawn care company, not landscapers. Our team focuses exclusively on the health and appearance of your turf through science-based treatments, professional-grade products, and careful timing matched to Ohio's growing seasons. From our signature 7-step fertilization program to targeted pest control, every application is performed by experienced, licensed technicians who know your property by name.

Allen Oriti
Owner / Founder
Allen founded Field of Dreams in 1997 with a vision of bringing personal, attentive service back to the lawn care industry. With decades of hands-on experience treating Northeast Ohio lawns, Allen oversees every aspect of the operation and personally ensures that every customer receives the care their property deserves. His knowledge of Ohio soils, grass varieties, and seasonal treatment timing is the foundation of our 7-step program.
Amanda
Office Manager / Marketing
Amanda is the voice you hear when you call Field of Dreams. She manages client communications, scheduling, billing, and marketing — keeping the office running smoothly so the technicians can focus on your lawn. Amanda ensures every customer receives prompt responses and a seamless experience from the first estimate through every scheduled treatment.
Brian Telling
Manager / VP
Brian brings years of management expertise to the Field of Dreams team. As Manager and VP, he oversees day-to-day business operations, crew coordination, and quality assurance. Brian works closely with Allen to maintain the high standards that Field of Dreams customers have come to expect and helps ensure every route runs on schedule and every lawn receives the attention it needs.
Allen "Nick" Oriti
Equipment Manager / Route Runner
Nick is responsible for maintaining all Field of Dreams equipment in peak operating condition and running treatment routes across Northeast Ohio. His hands-on knowledge of spreaders, sprayers, and application equipment ensures every treatment is applied accurately and consistently. As part of the Oriti family, Nick carries on the tradition of personal service that defines the company.
Zach Bruhn
Route Manager / IT
Zach manages treatment routes and handles the technology that keeps Field of Dreams organized and efficient. From route planning to customer management systems, Zach makes sure the right technician reaches the right property at the right time. His dual role in operations and IT helps the team stay connected and responsive to customer needs across all 27 service areas.
Brandon McCoy
Technician
Brandon is a skilled lawn care technician who applies fertilization, weed control, pest management, and specialty treatments across Northeast Ohio. His attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right the first time reflect the high standards that Field of Dreams demands from every team member. Brandon treats every lawn as if it were his own — because that is how things are done here.
